Lab Testing & Control Parameters
Tensile Strength Testing
Electronic tensile testers pull samples to the breaking limit to verify exact kilogram break load matches B2B specifications.
Gauge & Thickness Uniformity
Digital micrometers check strap thickness and width every 100 meters, ensuring zero jamming in automated wrapping heads.
Split & Tear Resistance
Split testing: a sharp probe pierces the strap and side-force is applied, simulating sharp crate edges during cargo handling.
Seal & Joint Efficiency
Samples are heat-welded or friction-sealed, and the joint is pull-tested to ensure at least 80% of core strap strength is maintained.
Curvature & Camber Alignment
A 2-meter strap is laid straight; lateral curve (camber) is measured to verify it is completely straight for high-speed machine feeding.
Thermal & UV Stability
Coils undergo chamber heat cycles up to 60°C to verify they do not stretch, lose tension, or become brittle during export shipping.
Export Packaging Integrity
We pack strapping coils onto heavy-duty heat-treated wooden pallets, secured with cardboard corner protectors, stretch-wrapped in moisture-proof film, and bound tight to endure international sea-freight.
Each spool includes a trace barcode tag detailing production line origin, date, weight, and QA clearance stamp.
